• We offer flexible scheduling options.
• Education: We offer an extensive in-office training program for incoming clinical staff. Courses required by Turley Dental Care for office staff will be paid. Additional courses of interest can be considered at your request.
• Medical Insurance: TDC will pay 60% of Individual Premium & employee pays 40%. TDC also offers a supplemental insurance through Allstate.
• Pension: Turley Dental Care will match up to 3% of your Gross Wages after a one-year probationary period.
• Family Dentistry: After a six month probationary period all in-office treatment for immediate family is at no charge. The employee is responsible for any laboratory expenses.
• Uniform Allowance: Uniforms are provided by Turley Dental Care.
